Starting next week we will be have 2 workouts a week until the end of July on Mondays and Thursdays.
Monday workouts will be at Shiloh Pentecostal & Thursday workouts will be at Peace Church

The first workout is Monday June 15th from 5:30 - 7:00 pm at Shiloh Pentecostal
